I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Business School of Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH) and was previously a research fellow at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) of the United Nations in Geneva. I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Neuchâtel (2023).
My goal is to provide solid empirical evidence that supports current policy discussions. To do this, I invest considerable time — and creativity — in developing new datasets (often by building web crawlers) and conducting rigorous econometric analyses: difference-in-differences, regression discontinuity and event-study designs.
